Build a tiny AI with only formulas. It learns to tell an apple from a banana in 5×5-pixel pictures. Watch the learning curves, see what the brain looks at, and reach 90% on the test.
Detective Map: how does an AI predict?
How does an AI decide that a picture is an apple or a banana, a cat or a dog? Place a new picture on a map of clues, change what the AI looks at and play the challenge: make the AI wrong, then make it right.
